Introduction
Anthropic's official Agent Skills repository (176k GitHub stars). Includes the document skills powering Claude's file capabilities — docx, pdf, pptx and xlsx — plus example skills for creative work, development, and enterprise communication. Each skill is a self-contained folder with a SKILL.md: use them directly in Claude Code, Claude.ai or the API, or as reference patterns for building your own skills. Free.
Install
Register the repo as a Claude Code plugin marketplace:
/plugin marketplace add anthropics/skillsThen open /plugin and install from the marketplace, or clone the repo and copy the skill folders you need into your agent's skills directory. Each skill is self-contained with its own SKILL.md.
